What is Change?
“Change, it is often said, is the only thing that remains constant in organizations.” (Armstrong, 2009) People in an organization works toward to achieve organization objectives. In the process of achieving those targets third party or external driver can force or occur where organization has to change their strategy or culture in order to compete in the market. Change can be defined as a situation which organization can move from one state to another. This can occur time to time. This change can lead organization to good or worst. This will depend on how the particular organization accept the change and how it going to manage the change.

Type of Changes
There are three types of change: strategic, operational and transformational (Armstrong, 2009). Strategic

Strategic change can take place in order to changing the organization vision, mission, and objectives. This can occur due to wide issues in an organization or to achieve certain objectives which introduced by the organization. Strategic change takes place within the context of the external competitive, economic and social environment, and the organization’s internal resources, capabilities, culture, structure and systems (Armstrong, 2009). Strategic change can be crucial to since workers also have to change their vision, mission and objectives according to organization.
