Changes management is a very systemetic and planned effort by an organisation to associate themselves directly with an changes that in order to get an best possible environment.

Changes takes place when a corporate firm is looking forward to adopt themselves to the current environment. Change management is related to settin up some activity, which helps in making use of internal sources as well as external sources to ensure smooth sailing of environment with in the organization.

Changes in an organisation is something that is happenening, everytime within the company. This project covers the story of almost all aspects with appropriate case studies.
